Charles is a researcher with an MPhil from the University of Oxford and a BA from the University of Exeter. Charles led the coordination of the Oxford Technology and Elections Commission (OxTEC); helping to manage the research process and communication with important stakeholders. He was the main point of contact for the Commission’s participants, stakeholders, expert advisers and report authors.
